Flo Fitness is an easy to use calories counter and exercise manager for the iPhone and iPad, it will help you stay fit and active by keeping track on your food consumption and exercise journal on both your iPhone and iPad, it has an easy to use and intuitive user interface and a huge online library based on USDAs FoodData Library.
The first 50 foods and 10 activities that you store on your local device are totally free, and you can keep using the app for free for as long as you please, if you want to add more foods or activities to your local device you can do so from the In-App purchase page.

Huge online food database based on the USDAs API, once downloaded, it will be stored in your device for later use, you can also store your own custom foods should you need to do so.

Over 800 built-in activities that range from every day’s chores to intense exercises, and you can easily create your own activities based on the built-in activities’ library.
Pedometer (iPhone only)
Count your daily steps with the free pedometer included, especially useful for desk workers.
